Allianz Arena

Allianz Arena opened in 2005, designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, and seats around 75,000 spectators. Its distinctive skin of diamond-shaped, inflatable ETFE panels can be illuminated in different colors - usually red for FC Bayern Munich matches. The stadium is located in Fröttmaning, in the north of the city.
